Belknap the American female actress and singer was born on Damariscotta Island, Maine. She is the daughter of David Belknap, and Louise Belknap. She was a student at Lincoln Academy, Newcastle Maine. When she was students at Middlebury College (Vermont), she became attracted to the act. After earning her Master's degrees from the School of Fine Arts, she studied at the American Conservatory Theater. Belknap's TV credits include series-regular role in Medical Investigation and The Handler (related To ER as well as Third Watch), a frequent appearance in Deadline and guest-starring parts on Law & Order Law & Order Special Victims' Unit and Without a Trace.
